It was an interesting night for dining. Between the significance and waldorf, most restaurants were booked and/or had a wait list. The bistro had openings. The decor of the restaurant was simple. The service was excellent. Stan was predestination and very personable. The food was excellent.
Bistro was very nice! A little on the expensive side but had choices that the average person would want to eat if you don't care for the fancy stuff. The servers are friendly and very tentative. I was here for a conference and my server actually remembered my previous nights order to a T! I was very impressed. My food was hot and was cooked just the way I wanted it.
Brenda was very helpful, amazing customer service and always made sure I had everything I need. This kind of customer service was outstanding, I will 100% be coming back and I will recommending friends and family to come here as well. Thank you Brenda

Hands down the best breakfast buffet I have ever had. All the usual items like an omelette bar and fresh fruit, but also unexpected items like power juices. They had a green machine juice as well as two others that were all excellent. They also had gluten free items as well as a pancake and waffle bar where they made them in front of you. Of course the best part was the excellent service by Brenda. Brenda also sent us on our way with a coffee to go which was an nice final touch
Excellent food, reasonable price, at resort status. Great service. Highly recommend the burger or the mac and 5 cheeses. Everything was delicious. Jose provided excellent service!
When I stay I signia for our family staycations, this where we have breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food has always great with a peaceful environment. It’s definitely a must have while staying at hotel.
I enjoyed the Signia breakfast buffet, and the cornucopia of offerings was excellent! Flavorful, fresh, and well prepared were all the breakfast foods, from made-to-order omelets to the sausage links and bacon slices. Fluffy pancakes, bagels, cereals, all fit for a carb-lover's dream come true! It's difficult to find good service, much less expect great service. However: if you are fortunate enough to have Jeff as your server, you will have all expectations exceeded! This gentleman is a walking 'master class' of how excellent service once was, and hopefully, will be again! I'm more than happy to have found this gastronomic gem, and experience a 5 star service experience.
